
Happy Wednesday everyone! It’s the middle of another week, prime time for self-neglect. Today, we are checking in and asking ourselves some deep questions about life, our body, our mentality, and finding joy despite it all. Read the prompts above, reflect, and I highly recommend journaling all your thoughts and feelings. One of the best ways to integrate concepts into our understanding is by writing them out, observing them, and contemplating them.
