Wellness Club Policies
- The Wellness Club Membership is a monthly, auto-renewing program designed to support consistent care and provide exclusive member benefits.
- Billing & Membership Start
- Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis. All benefits and service credits begin in alignment with the membership start date.
- Monthly Credits
- Each membership includes one 60-minute service credit per billing cycle, or the equivalent value applied toward any service. Credits may be used toward extended or upgraded sessions.
- Unused credits roll over month-to-month. Accounts may be automatically paused after 6 months of inactivity.
- Member Benefits
- Members receive preferred pricing on extended sessions, 15% off additional services and enhancements, and early access to new offerings.
- Example: $150 for a 90-minute club member session vs $175 for a 90-minute session at regular pricing.
- If you wish to extend your session and you have a credit to redeem, you only owe payment for the time extension.
- Additional services, like the L’Exclusif services, are 15% off.
- Members enjoy early access to new services, and future use of our Tranquility room before or after their session. This space is best used for quiet, meditative grounding after your session. This room will be available once expansion is complete.
- Cancellations & No-Shows
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of that month’s service credit.
- Cancellation Policy
- Memberships do not require a long-term contract; however, a 30-day notice is required to cancel. Membership benefits remain active through the final billing cycle.
- Additional Terms
- Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared. All services and benefits are subject to availability.
Appointment & Booking Policy
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by phone.
- A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking.
- Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrival Policy
- Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments.
- Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and be subject to the cancellation fee.
Payment & Refund Policy
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms.
- All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for completed services.
Health & Safety Policy
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to receiving a massage. This is for your safety, as massage therapy has contraindications.
- If experiencing symptoms of illness, clients are required to reschedule their appointment.
- The Therapist reserves the right to refuse service for any reason including but not limited to; being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, making inappropriate comments, gestures, or advances, rude or belligerent behavior.
Professional Conduct Policy
- Our massage therapist provides professional, therapeutic services only.
- Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund, and further legal action may be taken.
Privacy Policy
- All client information is maintained with strict confidentiality.
- Each session requires documentation completed by the Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), which includes health-related details specific to the service and the client’s personal health information from the intake form.
- In compliance with state regulations, all records will be securely stored for up to seven years for legal and liability purposes.
- Client information is protected using an encrypted external hard drive. For any inquiries regarding data security, please contact Josie.
- Personal and medical information will never be shared with third parties. A Court Order is required to release your information without your written consent.
