Policies

Appointment & Booking Policy

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by phone.
  • A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking.
  • Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
  • Late arrivals result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments.
  • Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and be subject to the cancellation fee.

Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms.
  • All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for completed services.

Health & Safety Policy

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to receiving a massage. This is for your safety, as massage therapy has contraindications.
  • If experiencing symptoms of illness, clients are required to reschedule their appointment.
  • The Therapist reserves the right to refuse service for any reason including but not limited to; being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, making inappropriate comments, gestures, or advances, rude or belligerent behavior.  

Professional Conduct Policy

  • Our massage therapist provides professional, therapeutic services only.
  • Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund, and further legal action may be taken.

Privacy Policy

  • All client information is maintained with strict confidentiality.
  • Each session requires documentation completed by the Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), which includes health-related details specific to the service and the client’s personal health information from the intake form.
  • In compliance with state regulations, all records will be securely stored for up to seven years for legal and liability purposes.
  • Client information is protected using an encrypted external hard drive. For any inquiries regarding data security, please contact Josie.
  • Personal and medical information will never be shared with third parties. A Court Order is required to release your information without your written consent.
